The Crossmolina Development Group was formed in June 2005 after a public meeting held in the Dolphin hotel. The meeting was arranged by the Crossmolina Community Council and was attended by public representatives, towns people etc. The development group met with the intention of identifying potential projects or other developments that will encourage investment, jobs and cultural development within the Crossmolina community.

The Crossmolina Development Group have commissioned a Community Based Resource Audit and Strategic Development plan to highlight and assess what Crossmolina has to offer, who we need to target, and where the town is going into the future.
