Ann Collins R I P

The death occurred on Monday May 11th at her residence of Ann Collins 8 Abbeytown Cross Molina. Her remains were removed on Wednesday evening from her home to St Tiernans Church with burial on Thursday in Crossmolina Cemetery after requiem mass. Ann is survived by her partner Gerry, brother Joe, Sister Bridie Howard Lancashire , brother -in - law Ivan, nephews Patrick and David, nieces Mary and Bridie grand -nieces Michelle and Sarah all her neighbours and friends in Abbey town, Fotish and Skreen may she rest in peace.

Emma Judge's team with stood a late rally from Grace McAndrew's team in the annual Aidan Garvey Crossmolina National School final played in ideal weather on Monday of last week A goal from a penalty by Ronan McDermott left just one point separating the sides with just a two minuets left to play 1 - 10 to 2 - 6 their was no further scores. Died in Drogheda

The death occurred on Tuesday 28 April in Our lady of Lourds Hospital Drogheda of Martin Gallagher Dundalk and formerly of Mungaune Keenagh Burial took place in Ballypousta cemetery Ardee after requiem mass in the Church of the Redeemer Dundalk . Martin was pre-deceased by his wife Molly is survived by his daughters Mary and Ann and son Paul, sons- in - law, daughter - in law, Grandchildren, Nephew, sister Maura Langan Dundalk brother Paddy Drogheda may he rest in peace.

Last weekend Crossmolina G A A centre was the venue for the North Mayo Irish Dancing Feis. Many thanks to all the Lady's who helped with the catering working from early morning to late evening on both days. Thanks to the helpers in the shop the lady's who supplied the home baking. All men who prepared the hall and were their to lend a helping hand throughout the week-end it was much appreciated.

Rachel Win's Again
