The annual Crossmolina Bord Na nog Table Quiz and presentation of club awards Awards for Boys and Girls are on this coming Friday night 27th January at 8pm in Hineys Come along for a good nights entertainment

Jason and Sarah Award winners
Congratulations to Jason Devaney Crossmolina Snooker Club and Sarah Syron Knockleggan a member of Mayo A C Ladies team that won a European Bronze Medal in Almeirim Portugal last October. On their being awarded the Western Peoples sports Stars for 2011. Jason won the Irish Senior,U19 and U21 titles during the year. Awards will be presented ay a Gala Function in the McWilliam Hotel Claremorris on Friday 24th February
Jesus and Mary celebrate
The Sisters of Jesus and Mary celebrate the centenary of the arrival of the congregation to Errew in 1912. To acknowledge this occasion a Mass will be celebrated in St Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina @8pm on February 3rd. This will be followed by light refreshments in the National School Hall where a plaque will be unveiled to commemorate this fact.Everybody is welcome.

The death occurred on Tuesday10th January of Doborah West Nee Flanagan Woodgreen London . Burial took place in Woodgreen yesterday Monday. Deborah was pre-deceased by her Brother Brian is survived by her husband Paul sons Jordan and Alexander, daughter Laura parents Frank formerly of Moate Crossmolina and Vivienne brother Martin, sister Catherine, uncles Paddy Flanagan Moate Crossmolina, and John Flanagan London aunt Mary Whelan Yorkshire, nieces, nephews, extended family relatives and friends may she rest in peace
Gerard on Mayo Team
Congratulations to Gerard Haran Coolturk who was a member of Mayo League U18 soccer team that won the Connacht FA U18 Western Cup recently against Roscommon at the Rival Arena Castlebar. Gerard is a member of the Kilmurray Club
