Their was no winner of the Crossmolina G A A club lotto jackpot on Saturday night 4th February. The numbers were 2 – 16 – 19 – 25 two punters matched three numbers Jim Timoney Fotish Crossmolina and Gerard Jordan Enniscoe Castlehill each win €75. The draw took place in Lynotts. Chernobyl Children International Annual Table Quiz
The Annual Table Quiz in aid of Chernobyl Children International will take place on Saturday 25th of February 2012 at 9.30pm in Sticks Bar Crossmolina. Funds raised on the night will be donated directly to the Hospice/Community Care Programmes in the Gomel Region of Belarus. This event is organised by Francis Gilroy, David Cagney, Claire Harte and Aoife Leonard. All support is greatly appreciated.

Mid-Killala Pioneers

Died in the U S A
The death occurred recently of William J Leonard in Toms River New Jersey U S A formerly of Pulladoohy Crossmolina. Burial took place in New Jersey. William is survived by his wife of 52 years Teresa, sons William, Rodger and Joseph, daughters –in – law, grandchildren, brother Thomas St Marys Park, sister Katie Tubbermore Crossmolina,sister – in – law, nephews, nieces  relatives, extended family and friends may he rest in peace.
