Bridie Walsh R I P
The death occurred on Saturday 5th May in her 98th year at the St Augustine Home Ballina of Bridget Walsh nee Conroy Dooleeg Ballina and formerly of Belmullet.Her remains were removed from St Augustine’s on Monday evening to St Tiernans Church with burial on Tuesday in Crossmolina Cemetery after requiem mass. Bridget was pre-deceased by her husband Pat is survived by her sons Patrick Dublin, Tom Dooleeg, P.J and Tony Wales, daughter Mary McAndrew Ardagh, daughters – in – law, son – in – law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours may she rest in peace

Crossmolina U16 team continued their good form with a 5 – 9 to 2 – 4 win over Knockmore at St Josephs Park on Tuesday of last week. Died in England
The death occurred on Monday 7th May peacefully at his home of Eamon Flood North Wembley London and formerly of Main St Crossmolina. His remains arrived at St Colmcilles Church Geesala on Friday evening with burial on Saturday in Geesala Cemetery after requiem mass. Eamon is survived by his wife Breedge nee Gallagher Doolough Geesala son Daniel, daughter Helen, sisters Margaret and Elizabeth, extended family, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace
