There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 21st September. The numbers drawn were 8– 11 – 22 – 23. Two punters matched three numbers. John Maughan Castlebar and P. J. Granahan Keenagh. They won €75 each. The draw took place in Hiney’s Bar. This week’s jackpot is €5,850. Many thanks for your continued support.

Crossmolina 3 – 12 Ballaghaderren-Kilmovee 4 – 6
Crossmolina overcame a very stiff challenge in Ballaghaderreen-Kilmovee against the hosts in this County U17 Division 1 Grading league. Crossmolina’s Kobe McDonald with a brace points and Oisin Deane one opened the scoring before James Kilroy tied the score with a goal. Oisin Deane cancelled out the goal with three points and another one from Ethan Reilly. Luke Williams raised the green flag for the visitors in the 23rd minute. This was cancelled out within a minute by Oran Frain. Cathal Morarity rowed in with two points to leave the half time score 1 – 7 to 2 – 2. A 45 from Cathal Moriarty deceived the Deel-Sider’s defenders and ended up in the net. Oisin Deane tied the score and Ethan Reilly drove the ball to the net in a goal mouth scramble. Cathal Moriarty tacked on two points. Callum Horkan Drove Raised his sides fourth goal. Kobe McDonald racked up 1 – 3 in the purple patch for the visitors and Ethan Reilly tacked on a point. Callum Horkan and Cathal Moriarty replied with points each to leave just a score between the sides a after very entertaining game played in perfect conditions. Crossmolina U15 League success
Crossmolina overcame Ardnaree in the County U15 Grading league with a confutable win thanks to three goals in the opening half from Farnan Munnelly, Dylan Lavelle and Evan Molloy. Ardnaree’s Oisin Heffernan gave his side a boost after the break with goal and two points. Jack Ford and Joe Baily rowed in with points but further goals late in the half from Jack Hefferon and Eanna O’Boyle saw the hosts run out winners by 5 – 9 to 1 – 7 on a very wet, miserable, windy and cold evening after the week of good weather.
