Kilmurray 25 Card Drive
The 25 card drive resumes for the winter season on This Thursday night 26th October at 9pm sharp with all the usual prizes. Come along for a good night’s social occasion.
Little Blue Heroes Award
Mayo North Gardaí organised the Graduation of Little Blue Hero Honorary Garda Mikey Benson and were very pleased to also welcome other members of the Mayo Little Blue Heroes team to help Mikey and his family celebrate. Thanks to Robert and Laura Padden for providing entertainment, Port West for sponsoring gifts for the Heroes, Hiney’s restaurant for providing food, Pauls Ices, Dina Kilroy for face painting, Annette’s Cakes for sponsoring the beautiful cake, Sinead Walsh Mayo Senior ladies football player for presenting Mikey with his Mayo jersey and car enthusiasts Jack Kennedy and David Padden for coming along. There was no winner of Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 14th October. The numbers drawn were 5 – 10 – 28 – 35. No punter matched three numbers and three tickets were drawn, Fionnón Papa c/o Liam Donohoe Creevy Castlehill, Fiona O’Reilly Bofeenaun, James and Sarah Lynn Rathbane Crossmolina. They won €50 each. Crossmolina Drama Group
Crossmolina Drama Group are holding their AGM on Thursday 26th Oct 2023 in Hiney’s at 8:00 pm. Our new director Anne Fox invites all interested people who would like to take part in this year’s play to attend. They will be staging their play in the parish hall on the weekend of 23rd to the 25th of February 2024.

Congratulations to Crossmolina’s Liam Cawley, Kief Mullis and Thomas Matthews who took part in the County Scor finals in Balla on Friday week. They got a Spirit of Scór medal for their great performance for representing their Club.

Crossmolina advanced to the final of the U17 Grading league with a comfortable win over Carras at Tiernans’ Park on Sunday week Two first half goals from Eoin McGreal and Thomas Moran for the South Mayo side made for a very entertaining contest with The Deel-Rovers clawing their way back with a string of points from Kobe McDonald Adam Mills Oisin Deane to leave just a point separating the sides at the break 2 – 2 to 0 – 7. The host were in control for the most of the second half tackling on a further six points before two late goals from Kobe McDonald and Oisin Deane and two Adam Mills points with Carras replying with just two points from Harry Smith and Eoin McGreal.
