A shoebox collection for the children that reside in the direct provision Centre in Ballyhaunis. There are currently 113 children living in the centre; 66 boys and 57 girls. These children’s lives are compounded by uncertainty, poverty, fear and exclusion. With Christmas looming, I think it would be a very kind gesture to let them know that they are supported. It will really put a smile on their faces, after what has been an especially difficult year.
