Badminton is Back

Chase away those winter blues by joining us on Wednesday nights at 9pm for adult Badminton. At €30 membership per annum and €5 per session and racket provided a very reasonable price to be sure. We also provide adult coaching in session

Day Centre Bingo 

Crossmolina Day Centre Bingo will take place in the Civic Centre Mullenmore Street on wed the 23rd and 30th of October. The community bus will be available and light refreshments will be served

 

Crossmolina Mens Shed 

The members of Crossmolina Mens shed would like to thank all those who supported their annual church gate collection. €826.85 was raised

 

Mixed Martial Arts

Congratulation and Best of luck to Darren Jordan Enniscoe and Nikola Ivanovic Castlebar who have been selected to represent Ireland at the Global Amateur mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA) World Championships in Singapore in November. Darren and Nikola train with Castlebar Mixed Martial Arts 

 

Dementia Dance Club

Community Action on Dementia is a FREE dance club for people living with dementia and their families/carers. It is held in the Ballina Family Resource Centre every Thursday from 2.30pm to 4.00 pm.  Light refreshments served.  Ring Francis on 0868366312 for more info.

Crossmolina Community Council CLG will hold their AGM on Wednesday 13th November at 8.00pm in The Enterprise Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend

 

Mindspace Outreach service in Ballina FRC

Mindspace Mayo offers a support service to young people (15-25yrs) presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with break-up, exam stress, bullying) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety.  The outreach service will run one day a week (Monday) and is based in the Ballina Family Resource Centre. Exercise for Women

Exercise classes for women take place every Wednesday morning from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon in the Ballina Family Resource Centre, Ardnaree.  The group enjoy a chat and catch-up over a cup of tea/coffee after the exercise.  New members welcome.  Ring 096 75573 for more info.

 

Kilmurry Parent and Toddler Group.

Takes place every Tuesday morning in the Community Centre from 11am to 1pm. €4 per family. Come along for a cup of tea and a chat while the Children play. All are welcome 

 

McHale/Rovers Champions

Congratulation to McHale/Rovers Lady’s Junior team on winning their first ever Connacht title with a comfortable win over Claregalway in the end on Sunday week in Ballyhanuis. They now go forward to play the English Champions in the all Ireland quarter final. Wishing them good luck we know you can do it 

 

Lotto Results

There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night 12th of October 2019. The numbers were 10, 11, 17, 35, one punter matched three, Mary Walsh Castlehill and wins €150. The draw took place in Maughans Bar. This week’s jackpot is €8,700. Many thanks for your continued support.

Juniors in Final

Crossmolina Junior team are playing Moygownagh in the North Junior Mayo on this coming Sunday in Ballina depending on the Conditions of the Pitch. Check with club officers for times and venue.
