The aim of the committee members is to liaise with Mayo County Council on certain issues relating to the structural maintenance and repair of certain areas within the estate i.e. repair of footpaths, maintenance of painting exterior walls and houses and any other issues that need to be addressed. The Resident's Association also target to help and support all existing residents within the estate, in particular the elderly, disabled and youth, with any work or everyday jobs that they have need of being carried out.
