Fitness for Ladies and Men
Ladies and men’s Active 55’s Programme will recommence Tuesday 14th January in Deel-Rovers GAA Hall 11:45am-12:45pm €7.00 per session. Classes consists of cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, weight bearing, Balance, joint motility, flexibility, relaxation. Twin Trees Hotel
The Twin Trees Hotel are running an evening Promoting Health & Healing with a number of guest speakers on Thursday 16th January from 8.00pm to 9. 30pm.General Admission €10. All proceeds go the Ballina Family Resource Centre. Your Support would be very much appreciated
Exercise for Women

There was no winner of the Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot on Saturday 4th January the numbers drawn were 9 – 30 – 32 – 33 Jason Donnelly Carrowkilleen Crossmolina matched three numbers and won €150. The draw took place in Hiney’s. This week’s jackpot is €3,600. Many thanks for your continued support
Ballina FRC Parent & Toddler Group
The Parent and Toddler group takes place every Thursday from 10.00am to 12.00 noon in the centre. This group is open to all parents, Grandparents and childminders to come along with their child/children and meet new people over a cuppa and a chat. Christopher Walsh RIP
The death occurred suddenly and peacefully on Sunday 4th January at his residence of Christopher Walsh Lena Keenagh. His remains reposed at his residence. Requiem mass on Tuesday in The Church of the Holy Souls, Keenagh with burial afterwards in Kilmurray Cemetery. Christopher is survived by his brothers Eamon Manchester, Padraic and Sean Lena Keenagh, sisters Kathleen Hassett and Maureen Granaghan Birmingham brothers – in- law, sisters – in – law, nieces, nephews, relations, friends and neighbours. May he rest in peace
Crossmolina Day Centre – Bingo
Bingo will resume in the Civic Centre on Wednesday 15th January 2020 from 2.00pm-4.00pm. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back after the Christmas break, light refreshments served. All welcome.
Community Bus church gate collection – Thank You

Ardagh/Crossmolina boxing club are hosting their annual show in Hineys Upper Deck on Saturday the 18th of January starting at 8pm with all the local stars of the future taking part so please support and make it a great night for the club and kids.

Congratulation and well done to Kieran O’Brien Knockleggan Crossmolina and friends who Raised over €70,000 to supply over 272,000 litres of drinking water 300,000 litres of stock water and 46 tonnes of Animal feed to stricken people and farmers in Australia as the devastating bush fires continue to burn.
