This was a very entertaining contest with both sides having spells of dominances in a high scoring game that produced fifteen goals and twenty nine points. Hollumount/Carramore raced into a ten points lead early on only to be pegged back by a resilient Crossmolina side that have been in this situation in a number of games and have managed to dig out the right results in the end. After finishing level at the end of normal time 8-3 to 5-12. In Extra time Crossmolina were much the better side and went on to out score their hosts by 2-10 to 0-4 to run out comfortable winner by 10-13 to 5-16 and now go forward to play Charlestown in the at the Connacht Centre of Excellence on this Wednesday night at 7-30
