Congratulation to James Davis Bridge St Crossmolina who won € 200 in the first Club Development draw last week

There was no winner of Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto on Saturday night 21st August. The numbers drawn were 12 – 30 – 32 – 35. Peggy McKinley Abbeyview, Crossmolina matched three numbers and won €150. This week’s Jackpot is €13,950. The draw takes place in GAA Club Rooms on Saturday evening and can be viewed on Crossmolina GAA face book page. The Committee would like to thank you for your continued support

Congratulations to Martin Munnelly Rathbane and Nicola Birrane Abbeyview Crossmolina who were married in St Tiernans Church on Saturday week. They are wished many years of good health and happiness in their new life from their many friends and neighbours.

This was a game of thirty eight scores twelve goals and Twenty six points Eoin Murphy started the goal rush quickly followed by Diarmuid Coggins and Ronan Loftus who also added a point Carras replied with six points before the water break from Rob Moran and Conor Keleghan one each and four from Shane Flannery. The second quarter James Maheady tacked on a goal and two points Mickie Maloney soloed sixty meters to score a classic point and Jack Naughton rapped in the fifth goal Conor Lydon replied with two points and Kevin Mullen added another before the half time break. A string of points from Eoin Murphy James Maheady Jack Naughton in between a brace of goals from Ronan Loftus and one from Jack Naughton. The visitors kept the score board ticking over with two points each from Rob Moran Shane Flannery one from Conor Lydon with Kevin Mullen adding a goal and point to leave the score 8 – 8 to 1 – 15 at the second water break After this Carras found the net with goals from Kevin Mullen and Ciaran Burke who also added a point. The Deel-Siders James Maheady and Jack Naughton raised white flags and Eoin Murphy completed the scoring with a goal before referee Sean Tolan blew the final whistle on a game if you blinked you would have missed a score. Crossmolina captured the Homeland County U13 C title with a one point win over Naomh Padraig at James Stephens Park on Thursday last their never more than a point separating the side over the course of the game. Noamh Padraig Gavin Walsh opened the scoring with a point which Evan Molloy cancelled out minutes later and Michael Ruddy gave his side a one point advantage at the water break. Ethan Reilly pointed a free to tie the score and that was the way it stayed until half time. With both defences on top Crossmolina’s Gorgie Gordetskyy was called upon to make a couple vital stops The seasiders Jack O’Donnell rattled over two points which Aaron Keane and Peadar Fergus replied with points each before the second water break and Gavin Walsh gave his side a 0 – 5 to 0 – 4 advantage Ethan Reilly tied the score again minutes into the last quarter Gavin Walsh drover his sides sixth point before Crossmolina Ethan Reilly tied the score once again with only a few minutes on the clock Ethan held his verve and kicked the insurance point from a free after Aaron Donnellan was upended much to the delight of the very large Deel-Rovers Supporters
