Lotto Results

There was no winner of Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot Saturday night on 21st May. The numbers drawn were 1 – 21 – 28 – 30 No punter matched three number and three tickets were drawn. Mary Kelly Kilkenny Jack Rowland Castlehill Ballina, North West Fitness Ballina Rd Crossmolina each wins €50. The draw took place in Cooney’s. This week’s Jackpot is €4,800.  The Committee would like to thank for your continued support.

 

Kilmurray Social Returns

On Sunday 12th June the very popular Kilmurray social and dance in the community Centre are back with Mick Travis providing the Music from 7 pm to 9pm Admission €7. Come along meet and with up with your friends after a Two years absents 

 

Sweeney Cup Final 

Kiltane 3 – 10 Crossmolina 2 – 9 

Kiltane were the superior over the sixty minuets of this Sweeney Cup final in Ballina on Sunday week. Cathal Carolan and Mickey Sweeney traded points in the opening minutes Sweeney was the tormenter in chief grabbing three goals at crucial times. The first in eleventh minute of the first half Danny McDonald did raise a green flag in the 17th Minute and pointed soon afterwards in between John Reilly Barry McAndrew Adam Carrabine extended the Kiltane advantage with two points each and Liam Donoghue one to leave the Erris boys 1 – 8 to 1 – 2 advantage at the break after having the assistance of a strong breeze. Mickie Sweeney scored his second goal in the 37th minuet Edward Gough Nigal Caden each pointed and Diarmaid Walsh scored three points reduced the lead before Mickie Sweeney drilled home his third goal Barry McAndrew and Adam Carrabine tacked on points in injury time Diarmaid Walsh pointed and Conor Rowland Fisted to the net after the ball came back off the Crossbar to give the score board a more respectable look
