U17 League 

Crossmolina 3 – 15 Cill Chomain 2 – 7

Crossmolina were always in control of this County U17 League tie in Glenamoy on Friday evening racking up 3 – 4 in the opening quarter with two goals from Dara Syron one from a penalty and another from Eoin Murphy and points from Jack Loftus Eoin O’Boyle Danny McDonald and James Maheady Dara McAndrew replied with two points after the water break Cill Chomain held the upper hand with Dara McAndrew scoring 1 – 1 and Liam Maloney a point. Further points from James Maheady Niall Maughan  two each Dara Syron and   Diarmuid Coggins one each  kept the visitors scoreboard ticking over with points  to leave the half time score 3 – 10 to 1 – 4 Cian Gallagher who was outstanding in goal pointed a 45 and Dara McAndrew also pointed with James Maheady and Diarmuid Coggins replying with like score as the scoring rate dropped in the final quarter James Maheady Jack Loftus and Niall Maughan tacked on points Adam Conroy pointed and Dara McAndrew Grabbed a goal before the final whistle for the Cill Chomain Boys

Lotto Results

There was no winner of Crossmolina Deel-Rovers GAA Club Lotto Jackpot Saturday 26th June. The numbers drawn were 3 – 10 – 15 – 34  one  ticket matched three numbers  David and Ann Fox Knockleggan, Crossmolina and wins €150.  This week’s Jackpot is €12,750. The draw takes place in GAA Club Rooms on Saturday evening and can be viewed on Crossmolina GAA face book page. The Committee would like to thank you for your continued support

 

Sweeney Cup 

Laherdane 1 – 17 Crossmolina 2 – 12 

This Sweeny Cup played in Bofeenaun in ideal conditions on Saturday week.  After close opening quarter Laherdane held a one point advantage with three points from Adrian Leonard and one each from Mickie Murphy Jack McHale and James Maughan in between Diarmuid Walsh and Gerard Haran replied with two points each and Dean Loftus one from open play after the water break Adrian Leonard Cathal Finnerty Darragh Walsh Mickie Murphy each pointed and Cormac Reilly tacked on two points. Crossmolina only reply was a David Howley point to leave the half time score 0 – 12 to     0 – 6. Laherdane still held the upper hand after the break with Gary Naughton Adrian Leonard pointing and Jack McHale grabbing 1 – 2 Gerard Haran Diarmuid Walsh pointed for the visitor and Kevin Mulhern added a goal and a point. Crossmolina dominated the scoring after the water break with Diarmuid Walsh nailing a goal and two points and Dean Loftus pointing to leave Laherdane deserving winners by two points 1 – 17 to 2 – 12. Congratulation to Cathal Carolan and Elaine O’Hara Knockmore who were married in St Tiernans Church on Friday week with reception in Breaffy House. The happy couple are wished many years of good health and happiness from all their friends in the Deel-Rovers club

Naomh Padraig 2 – 16 Crossmolina 1 – 15
